Our Policy

Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in our driving programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Policy

• All services require a 50% advance payment at the office.  
• Refunds for cash payments will be issued via check and may take up to 10 business days.
• A 10% enrollment fee (or a $10 minimum) will be deducted from all refunds.

2. Scheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows

• To reschedule a driving lesson or cancel a road test, you must notify the office at least 24 hours in advance.
• All scheduling changes must be made through the office.
• For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, 50% of the service fee will be charged. 
• Failure to provide proper notice or failure to appear for a scheduled lesson will result in loss of the lesson without refund. No exceptions.

3. Required Documentation

• You must bring your valid Learner’s Permit to each lesson.
• For road tests, you are required to bring:
  • Your Learner’s Permit
  • Your 5-Hour Pre-Licensing Course Certificate
  • If under 18, your Certification of 50 Hours of Supervised Driving

4. Package Validity and Refunds

• All lesson packages must be completed within 3 months of the purchase date.
• No refunds will be issued for unused lessons after this period.

5. Communication & Attendance

• Inform the office of any change in phone number or pickup address at least 24 hours in advance.
• Be ready and present at the designated pickup location on time. A confirmation call before the lesson is not guaranteed.

6. School Rights

• The school reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any lesson or road test at its discretion.
